All the ingredients, Fish Surimi Base, starch, water, crab flavour extracts etc. are mixed into a homogeneous mass in order to make extrusion possible. The Surimi is cooked and cutted in the desired shapes (sticks, chunks,...).
The product is coloured using only natural colours. In case of 'stick' production, a plastic is wrapped around the stick. After colouring, the sticks are cut into the desired length (min. 1.5cm). All Surimi is vacuum packed, pasteurized, cooled, packed in master cartons and ready to leave the factory for delivery all over the world.
